Nestled in the heart of Inverness, is the Inverness Education Centre & Academy. Our school opened its doors in September of 1992 and it has since transformed into the present day P-12 school. When you walk through the doors you will feel the energy and activity demonstrated by those who learn and serve here. Parents and caregivers frequently relay that Inverness Education Centre and Academy offers a safe, caring, and welcoming environment. Through various modes of instruction and extracurricular activities, they endeavor to engage the heart, mind, body and spirit of learners, recognizing and nurturing the gifts and strengths of all.
A child’s development is not the sole responsibility of a single individual or group, but rather a collective undertaking. Proud of the relationship with parents, caregivers, and members of the Community of Inverness, they routinely invite feedback and investigate ways to better engage students in their learning and involve community members in the life of our school.
