Trained volunteers donate their time, energy and skill to search for people who have gone missing in wooded areas or along our coastlines. Receiving regular training the Inverness GSAR team is one of 24 teams with in Nova Scotia and they are affiliated through a provincial association which allows close cooperation among search teams, EMO, Parks Canada, and the RCMP.
